My First Visit
When I visited Excel London in 2013 for the very first time for the Property Investor Show, had a free copy of Property Investor News Magazine upon registration. National Health Service (NHS) used this place as Nightingale Hospital for covid patients; which could hold 4000 beds in capacity back in April 2020. However, the Government policy changed as cases went into a roller coaster ride.
This place was the beginning of my UK property journey into properties in the UK; where we can network, get reliable and up-to-date property market information, and find a property to invest in. I believed the organiser designed this event to cater to all levels of property experience, from novice to the most experienced high-end specialist in their respective property segment.
The Vibrant Property Market Journey
To me, the UK’s property market is very dynamic and vibrant in terms of its diversity and uniqueness because the trend keeps changing all the time. What looks good now does not mean will be the same in another 2-5 years’ time. Therefore, constant education and networking are critical to staying relevant in this well-driven industry; even in the most uncertain time because there will never be a right time.‘
You can never solve a problem with the same thinking that created the problem.’—Albert Einstein.

Interesting info. I know close to nothing about investing in properties but it’s fun to read about the volatility of the U.K. market.

It’s interesting to read the UK market is volatile & great information. I know in Australia we are waiting for the big balloon to burst on property… I don’t think our economy can sustain the ever ending price increases we are seeing now…
