Any brief history of the area on Portland Road. The war planes have destroyed the original building by a bomb during World War II in 1944. The local council cleared the site after the war and subsequently used as a car sales forecourt until we took over this site to construct the Ria Apartments.
So today, South Norwood is a district of south-east London, England, within the London Borough of Croydon and the historic county of Surrey. It almost feels as though this is a hidden treasure in a little corner of London that people have almost forgotten about. Besides that, South Norwood is easy to get around with excellent transport links, lots of amenities and very green with lovely outside space with the country park and lakes area.

Finally, all the 3 units sold and completion of contracts. With perseverance under a lot of difficult and challenging conditions, we successfully made it through. Thus, we are looking forward to our next investment journey. Don’t invest emotionally, but invest rationally.
