Estimated reading time: 3 minutes
I’ve tried out this platform and Pinterest Social Media Platform has abled me to save and discover information on the world wide web using images, animated GIFs and videos, as pin boards.
Pinterest is one of the top three global social media platforms where I could find inspiration to create a life I love. Find recipes, style tips, travel, projects for my home and other ideas to try, especially this coming Christmas and New Year. I could meet many people from different group boards.
Pinterest Social Media Platform has its own search engine, which is wholly separated from google. Extremely suitable for E-commerce activities.
We all start with nothing – no traffic to our site, with no followers, no likes and no comments, but that’s just the way it is. Blogging, or writing, is a long-term project. So is alright if there is nothing right now. It will grow over time, as long as you keep adding and building content consistently.
I didn’t have the knowledge or experience. I have started everything from zero, but I have the spirit and the enthusiasm to learn about blogging and writing. But if you don’t get started now, you may still have nothing this time next year.
I can see pins from Pinterest is diverting traffics into the site slowly. With significant impressions will have significant link clicks to the site. Pinterest SEO works differently from Google SEO, but having them combine will significantly affect the traffics.
Now I am trying out the Idea Pin, created by Pinterest. Love how Pinterest has grown.
‘Write to yourself foremost. Ignore that anyone else will read what you write; just focus on your thoughts, ideas, opinions and figure out how to put those into words. Write it, and they will come.’—Adii Pienaar, co-founder of WooCommerce.

Pinterest is such a great platform for all bloggers!! Even if you do not have a website, it is a great platform for inspiration on everything under the sun.

As a blogger with a website, Pinterest is so useful and helps to divert traffic and engagement to the blogs.

Pinterest is learning curve for me, I sore high then fluctuate telling me that my account has been suspended as its violated something which is weird. Now im trying to start small again.
Daniel Ng
Ya. I know how it feels to be blocked. I had some of my social media being suspended and I need to start from zero again. Sigh!

I like but don’t love pinterest. MY blog is getting a good bit of traffic from it, but it also frustrates me when some of the pins do not get any exposure. It is a useful tool but it also seems very difficult to figure it out. I hope it will improve with time.
Daniel Ng
Yes. I agree. Same goes to my pins for the impressions, as it fluctuates.

I do love Pinterest and I have always used it as a search engine for ideas, but finding it’s good for so much more than food and craft. Useful business information is present also… Great post I also love the Quote…

Thanks Jeanine.

Over a year into it, I’m still figuring out how to get the most of Pinterest. In a way, I see the traffic it brings to the blog, and I’m happy with it, but I can’t keep up with the constant changes and strict rules.
