Opening Quote

‘It’s not about making the right choice.
It’s about making a choice and making it right.’

I love this inspiring quote from J. R. Rim.

Project Discussion

Be a Chooser

We had a discussion amongst investors and the developer on the updates of the development project. However, we were still at the pre-application and application process as an additional issue for the party wall agreement update with the neighbor.

I think it is good to have a transparent discussion, so that is not just making a tough decision all by a person. Enlist the help of trusted investors to offer input and ideas, or at least listen to the current concerns.

We shared the details about the decision and the concerns about what could go wrong. It may make a person feel better to vocalise the issue about the decision, and investors may have some brilliant advice and reassuring words to hear from.

Team Work Spirit

To make the team work with a good connection; members need to have the same values from the very beginning of the deal.

So many times, people look at the moral aspects of what can happen and might happen, but they cannot consider the areas that can go wrong and make allowance for those through a plan or contingency.

7 Ways that I Make Good Choices in My Life:

1. Manage the big stuff, because it’s very easy to get sidetracked by insignificant issues in life. …

2. Values matter. …

3. Learn from the past. …

4. Know what I know and what I don’t know. …

5. Keep the right perspective. …

6. Don’t procrastinate. …

7. Once I decide, don’t look back, I make it work.

‘You are not born a Winner.

or You are not born a Loser.

but You are born a Chooser’ – Rocky Balboa
